1. As i am having the button just below the ignition & Gear selecter i took the housing from around the hand brake using a t15 driver there is like 5 screws that need to be removed then the plastic just splits in half.

2. I then got 2 lenths of wire and ran them from the sam unit to the position of my switch.

3. Drop the sam unit so you can see the back of the unit where the plugs are. I used the Red / Black cable as my ignition feed this is on a 2 wire plug smart location number N11-4. This feed only becomes live once the key has been turned to pos 1.

4. I then found the starter cable. This is blue and can be found n smart location N11-6.

5. Put 1 cable on pin 1 on the switch and the other goes to pin 2.

6. I tested the switch with the ignition on and it works and with the ignition off it dont so happy days.

7.Build car up in reversal of taking it apart.
